2007 World Day of Prayer at Unity Village
Over our heads are just a few of the over a million prayer requests received and prayed for at the 2007 World Day of Prayer.
In actuality each name is prayerfully read and prayed for in a process that takes Silent Unity staff & volunteers over a week to complete. Once all names have been read they are held in a special place at Silent Unity and included in their prayers for a full year.
Prayer flags from all over the world were hung all along the quadrangle. (above & below)
After World Day of Prayer these will be woven into a tapestry and displayed at Silent Unity.
